About Us
Our Vision
Our MIssion
The mission of White Horse Ministries is the same mission Jesus gave his followers, The Great Commission: Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. This mission happens one person at a time, it is all about a personal relationship with Jesus and introducing those we reach with the Heart of our heavenly Father, one heart at a time.
To lead the way in intercession and repentance; to be a part of re-building the ecclesia, the Church in America.
What We Believe: God The Father
We believe in one God, who is Creator of all, who reveals Himself as three distinct Persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, yet who is one in being. God is eternal, infinite, sovereign, and yet totally personal. He is omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent, and unchanging. He is love, holy, just, righteous, gracious, merciful, and good.

What We Believe: God the Son
Jesus is God in human form, the express image of the Father, who, became man in order that He might the Heart of the Father and provide the means of salvation for humanity through His sacrificial death on the cross and resurrection from the dead. Jesus Christ was conceived of the Holy Spirit, was born of the virgin Mary and lived a sinless life. He ascended to heaven in His glorified body and is now seated at the right hand of God as our High Priest and Advocate.

What We Believe: God the holy Spirit
The person of the Holy Spirit regenerates sinners and indwells believers. He is the agent by whom Christ baptizes all believers into His body. He is the seal by whom the Father guarantees the salvation of believers unto the day of redemption.

What We Believe: Mankind
Humans, both male and female, were created in God's image and likeness of God for His glory. The first humans, Adam and Eve, were created without sin and appointed as caretakers of the rest of God's creations. We believe that all humanity, because of Adam’s fall, has inherited a sinful nature, that all human beings choose to sin, and that all sin separates man from God. Humanity is unable to remedy this fallen state by itself or through works.

What We Believe: The Fall & Salvation
When Adam and Eve chose not to obey God, they fell out of fellowship with God, and fractured all of creation ever since that time. Jesus Christ came to reconcile us with God through his death; He lived a life without sin and willingly died on the cross to pay the penalty for our transgressions. Christ’s death fully accomplished justification through faith and complete redemption from sin. Christ died in our place and bore our sins in His own body. On the third day after His death, Jesus physically rose again, demonstrating His victory over sin and death. Salvation is God's free gift, received by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. Good works and obedience are results of salvation, not requirements for salvation.

What We Believe: The Church
The Church is the visible body of Christ, made up of followers of Jesus, sent into the world to glorify God and proclaim His gospel.
Through the church, followers of Jesus are encouraged to keep Jesus as #1 in their hearts, spend time reading and meditating on the Word of God, hear the voice of God for themselves, test the words they hear, obey His voice, and honor Him by holy living. The Great Commission - not the great suggestion - is the primary mission of followers of Jesus. This applies individually and corporately. The Church is there to love, equip, and encourage other believers to continue their walk with Jesus.

What We Believe: Things to Come
Jesus Christ is returning to judge both the living and the dead and to usher in the fullness of God's kingdom on earth. We honor different beliefs about things to come - we believe we are to keep our lamps full of oil and wicks trimmed. While we do not look to the rapture as a means to escape tribulation, we believe God is faithful no matter what.

We are people of His presence
Our mission take on many aspects, but we have one purpose, first as we have come to know Jesus, we have been transformsed first in an instant by following Jesus, asking Him to live in ouer hearts and establishing His Kinddom in us. We know that according to Jesus words, in the scriptures, The only way to the Father is through His Son Jesus, our Lord and Savior. We believe that for Jesus to be our Savior, we exchange our dreams, goals, ambitions, and desires for His and He becomes our Lord, we follow Jesus as a new creation in Him, He comes and live in us, saves us through being born again. We then join with all those who came before, and who now follow Jesus, and call Him Lord, and now our lives are not our own, we are bought with a price, His sacrifice on the cross, His resurrection from the dead, seated at the right hand of the Father ever making intercession for us as children of God. We eagerly await Jesus coming back as King of Kings and Lord of Lords, to be reunited to His Bride, The Ecclesia, the Church. Our mission is to connect all those we come in contact with their heavenly Father through Jesus our Lord and Savior! For those who now know Jesus, to be filled with the Holy, empowered to know Him and make Him known till He comes! His presence is everything!
In 1980, I (Butch) had a dream where I saw the Great Awakening. Every day since then, I have been preparing for what I saw. The Washington D.C. Mall was filled with people crying out to God in repentance for the sins of America. It was a Solemn Assembly. There were Apostles, Prophets, Evangelist, Pastors, and Teachers, along with Worshippers and Intercessors. I didn't understand exactly what I was seeing at the time, but today I do. Now, as the established Church sees cracks in the foundations of faith through rampant sin, our plea, adapted from II Chronicles 7:14: "As America and His People the Church, Seek His Face and turn from Our wicked ways, then He promises to hear from heaven, forgive our sin, and heal our land." I saw this as the beginning of the Great Awakening and Great Harvest of souls worldwide, beginning in the nation's capital (Virginia, the Old Dominion) and spreading throughout the southeastern United States and then around the world. We will see the Great Commission being fulfilled through the Church transformed and empowered to preach the Gospel from here and then around the world.
Our Story
Butch & Katie Chevalier
Co-Founders & Co-Directors
Once upon a time, God decided it was time for two people who love Jesus to finally meet. Through a prophetic conference, He brought us together. Butch was a pastor at the church hosting the conference. Katie had never heard of the church, but through a friend, received a link to the conference. We passed each other in a hallway and were briefly introduced. Images of Butch came to Katie’s mind and the Lord told her, “You just met your husband - you need to let him pursue you.” Two days later, we met again, officially, and the Lord said to Butch, “You just met your wife - and I am going to heal her heart through you as you love her with the heart of the Father”. We married 3 weeks later and have never looked back. Each day since then in January 2023, God has confirmed repeatedly, that He brought us together “for such a time as this…” (Esther 4:14).
